NATHANIEL ALLEN
Pastor
Pastor Nate Allen was born in Arcadia, CA to a pastor and an attorney for parents, where he got Law and Gospel form a young age. He was confirmed at Salem Lutheran Church in Glendale, CA where he rapped for the first time in church, starting a continuing tradition of combining hip hop into worship. He felt his calling to ministry through tragic accidents and difficult times where God's grace was powerful in his life, and now wants to share that message of love with others in need.
Pastor Nate graduated from Monrovia High School in 2004. He completed his B.A. in Communications from Trinity Lutheran College in 2010 along with a year studying Spanish at La Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. He finished a M.Div. degree through Pacifica Lutheran Theological Seminary (PLTS) in 2014, and was subsequently called to Clairemont Lutheran Church in San Diego where he served as Associate Pastor for five years.
In 2009, he was married to the love of his life. They have two daughters who keep him humble, a four year old boy and they are expecting their fourth child, a baby girl, in April 2025. He likes to spend time with family, playing, reading, watching movies, traveling, and if possible go dancing! He likes to exercise regularly and eat as healthy as possible.
He is also a rapper making Christian music for church and other gatherings! You can find him online on any music platform under Pastor Nate.
PERLA FLORES
Intern Pastor
Intern Pastor Perla was raised in San Diego for almost her entire life. She loved playing her favorite sport which is soccer as a kid and throughout high school. After high school she moved away to UC Santa Cruz for undergrad, initially with the desire to become an immigration Lawyer. Near the end of her undergraduate years, she felt God pulling her toward ministry and accepted His plan. In her free time, she loves to play the guitar, exercise, and go to the beach when it's warm of course. She is a mom to two beautiful dogs; Leila (5 yrs.) and Stitch (1 yr.) They are her world.

W. CHRISTIAN WINN
MINISTER OF MUSIC
Born in Galt, California, Chris attended Lodi Academy and Pacific Union College, Angwin, California. He taught music two years at Pacific Union College Preparatory School; one year at Fresno Adventist Academy, and five years in the Garden Grove Unified School District. He has studied at the graduate level at Cal State Fullerton. He has studied voice with J. Susan Brenner. He has performed in and been Music Director of Local Musical Theater. Chris has been Director of Music at St. Paul for more than 30 years. If you haven't seen this man perform, you have missed something special. Chris loves what he does... and it shows!
ISABEL CAZARES
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Isabel Cazares was born in Mazatlan, Mexico. She has worked s a Parish Secretary and Parish Administrator for over 20 years where she found her passion to serve the people and community. Isabel is also a Certified Life Coach by the ELCA. In her spare time, Isabel serves a Loan Signing Notary. She has one daughter, Sophia, in college. She enjoys the beach, listening to live jazz music, and the arts.
